Part of this focus includes analysis of the political and commercial engagement of the BRICS economies in Africa, as well as the structural economic/social/demographic and political trends driving risk and opportunity across the continent. For the past seven years I have been ranked first by the South African asset management community in the Political Analysis category of the Financial Mail Ranking the Analysts Awards.
