Bhongolwethu has spent the last ten years working in the field of sustainability and sustainable development. Working as a Youth Advisor to UNFPA, as a member of various Commonwealth Secretariat working groups, leading the Organization of African Youth and development organisations such as Greenpop and Tore’s Foundation. He gained valuable experience in policy planning, implementation, and innovation. He currently leads Plug and Play’s sustainability investments in Africa. Plug and Play is the most active Silicon Valley investor and a global innovation platform. He is also a UNLEASH talent evaluator, Innovation Lab facilitator, and Africa Business Heroes judge.
