Louisa Waddingham joined Reall in February 2020 as Head of Operations in Africa. Prior to that she worked for the British Council for 32 years in progressively more demanding roles including international postings in Botswana, Malawi, Nigeria, Oman, Sierra Leone, Slovakia and Zimbabwe. She holds a Masters Degree in Public Policy and Management (2009) and a Masters Degree in Peace and Conflict Studies (2015).
