Mr. Mulenga assists the running of McBright Africa Real Estate in Zambia and is involved in training, execution, analysis and quality control of most real estate advisory assignments in the region. He is responsible for a wide range of assignments for a number of clients including private developers, investors and financiers. He has wide spectrum of prior experience having worked in South Africa, Namibia, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain and Zambia ensuring that work done on behalf of client’s are in line with international standards and global best practices.
Experience:
20+ years of experience in the property business across disciplines and geographies. Prior to joining McBright Africa Real Estate, was engaged as Chief Operation Officer at Real Estate Investments Zambia (REIZ) Plc and also as Director at Jones Lang LaSalle in Dubai, UAE as well as JHI Properties now called Ellercellerate Property Services of South Africa. Has advised and or valued assets collectively worth over $20 billion over the course of his career delivering quality real estate consultancy and valuation services to various clients in the challenging emerging markets of Middle East and Africa.
